Return Policy

All sales are final, however if your item arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing email a photo and your order number to info@mearamcdonald.co and we will issue a replacement free of charge.

Damages

We all know goofs happen. Please report damage within 3 weeks of receiving your damaged item, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.

Returned to sender

If your item was returned to a printing facility for any reason please get in touch with us within 3 weeks of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee. If the wrong address was given, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Shipping

Our prints and phone cases are printed on demand and ship directly from our printing facility typically within 3-6 business days*.

Our cards are stocked in house and ship separately in eco-friendly, recyclable and/or compostable packaging. In-stock cards typically ship within 1-3 days*. Due to high shipping rates, our cards only ship to the United States at this time.

Once your item has been shipped it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with postal services to locate packages. 

*We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Phone Cases

Each phone case is custom printed for your order. Due to the custom nature of your order we cannot provide returns or exchanges if you accidentally ordered the wrong size. If you believe you were sent the wrong product or if your order was damaged, please get in touch with specifics at the email listed above.
